Pig and I were writing your story

Starting out the story with

Standing on the promises

Of GOD

And it disappeared ..

Pig said, I went south?

Yes Pig .

When you think you have your morning all organized and ready for the day doing everthing right and then something happens out of your control in the opposite direction we were going..

That’s what means the expression going south.

WHAT A SURPRISE TO BEGIN AGAIN ..

How funny. Pig said.

I am glad,

HIS PROMISES  don’t disappear like that..

I am glad too, Pig.

Well, as you were saying

How you like starting each day with

PANCAKES,

PRAYER

AND

PRAISE?

That you never grow tired of it?

Pig says,

ITS FRESH

and HOT

EVERY MORNING.

JUST LIKE HIS PROMISES.

HIS WORD IS

SWEET

LIKE

HONEY to my LIPS

AND

SYRUP TO FILL MY MOUTH WITH GOOD THINGS

SWEET AND GOOD

AND PLEASANT TO HEAR

WHEN I SPEAK

AND

I PRAY.

HE FILLS  MY SOUL

UP WITH

GOODNESS.

WHEN  I SING

HIS PRAISES

My SPIRIT

FEELS like it could FLY  …

Yes, Pig that’s it.

WITH GOD

YOU ARE ENERGIZED.

WITH GOD

YOU CAN PRAY

AND HAVE YOUR PROBLEMS

ANSWERED.

WHEN YOU

PRAY

DELIVERANCE

AND

HEALING COMES.

WHEN YOU ARE AFRAID

Pig replied immediately.

Then Pig used the word

BUT What?

As Pig asking but what

I Grow WEARY of this

called TODAY ?

Think about it .

Weary or not,

What do you do ?

Where do you go?

Where do I go ?

THE LORD..

Pig.

Don’t be funny now as she turns her tail to me with her wiggly tail .

Then she turned to me to listen with her button eyes and funny nose.

I answered,

To PRAYER of course.

And

TO SONG.

YES,

HE BRINGS THE COMFORT.

AND

THE JOY

TO THE WEARY SOUL.

HE LIFTS YOU  UP

HIGHER

THAN THE MOUNTAINS.

AND

HE KEEPS YOU UP

THERE

SO YOU CAN SEE

WITH

A DIFFERENT

        PROSPECTIVE.

HE GIVES YOU A BIRDS EYE VIEW

THAT INCREASES YOUR FAITH

TO ENCOURAGE YOU

THAT

ALL YOUR TROUBLES

IS EASY

TO JESUS

AS YOU GIVE IT ALL

TO HIM.

Not just some of it that you can carry around all day for your today and tomorrow.

So you can hold on to it and play with your worries and cares.

As you speak out SILLY things in your day against yourself in unbelief

BUT

GIVE IT ALL

TO JESUS

AND

BELIEVE

YOUR BURDENS WILL BE LIGHTER

YOUR LIFE BRIGHTER

YOUR SMILE BIGGER

YOUR HEART

FILLED WITH LOVE

AND

JOY UNSPEAKABLE AND FULL

OF GLORY

AS

YOU RELEASED IT

AND

SPOKE TO IT

AS IF

All your troubles are

DONE ALREADY

AS YOU HAVE GIVEN IT ALL TO

JESUS.

HE ALWAYS KNOWS

JUST WHAT TO DO

JUST FOR

YOU..

A lot.

Yes, Pig and so do you ..

AS SHE SMILED

I love to Pray.

We begin again our morning.

AS WE ARE PRAYING

for THE PEACE OF ISRAEL

PRAYING FOR

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

STANDING ON THE PROMISES

OF

GOD OUR SAVIOR

AND

KNOW

THAT IF WE HUMBLE

OURSELVES

AND PRAY

HE WILL HEAL OUR LAND TOO

THE PRAYER

THAT TAUGHT US HOW TO PRAY

I said.

THE LORDS PRAYER starts our day

For GOD FIRST.

I want to be sure to cover all the bases today

Starting a new day or a new week.

As she looked at me with her button eyes reflecting the light.

I said,

Ok Pig.

Let’s pray now ..

As she lowered her head to pray

We spoke the Prayer together.

OUR FATHER WHO ART IN

HEAVEN

HALLOWED BE

THY NAME

THY KINGDOM COME

THY WILL

BE DONE

ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN

GIVE US THIS DAY

OUR DAILY BREAD

AND

FORGIVE US OUR

TRESPASS

AS WE FORGIVE THOSE

WHO TRESPASS

AGAINST US

AND LEAD US

NOT

INTO TEMPTATION

BUT

DELIVER US FROM EVIL

FOR THINE

IS THE KINGDOM

AND

THE POWER

THE GLORY

Pig and I said,

Amen.

We were encouraged as The Prayer changed the atmosphere in our room.

So I said, Let us Enjoy this day

That the LORD HAS MADE.

We

WILL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT.

Pig asked didn’t

JESUS SAY THAT ?

HIS WORD says that.

So, Yes Pig.

Yes..

Rejoice and be glad.

SING and PRAISE.

and focus on the heavenly things instead of the earthly things ..

REMEMBER THE PROMISES.

YOUR

BLESSINGS ARE

NEW

EVERY MORNING.

JUST FOR YOU.

HE MADE YOU BRAND NEW INSIDE IF YOU

SAID YES, TO JESUS in Prayer with your whole heart.

Like in The Movie

In THE TEMPLE OF DOOM

WITH INDIANA JONES.

After he went through the life challenges of tests given him

to even get into the cave where the chalices were and

Where he had to choose

Wisely for the chalice of the cup of Christ.

The first fellow who follows him into the cave DIDN’T DO SO GOOD.

And chose

the chalice of gold and jewels and drank out of it

And he you saw immediately that he chose poorly

Into his doom of a scary death suffering and screaming.

And then Indiana took a breath and prayed and chose the simple cup of the carpenter made of wood,

JESUS OF NAZARETH.

and then drank it with the water given and he chose wisely as he brought the water back for his DAD

to rescue him from death because of its healing power ..

And that is what

JESUS DOES FOR US TODAY.

HE IS STILL

TRUE.

Not a movie with alternate endings.

HE IS STILL THE SAME YESTERDAY TODAY

AND

FOREVER

HEBREWS 13:8

HE SAVES US FROM

DEATH.

GIVES US ETERNAL LIFE.

BY HIS SHED  BLOOD ON THE CROSS.

ROSE FROM THE DEAD THE THIRD DAY.

AND LIVES FOEVER.

HE IS

SITTING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF

HIS FATHER.

HE IS THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS.

INCLUDING YOU.

AND

WHOSOEVER WILLS

TO ACCEPT JESUS INTO THEIR HEART

AND

THEY WILL BE SAVED ..JOHN 3:16

So Pig is listening to every word as she says

YES to JESUS.

She says in a BIG VOICE.

I SURRENDER ALL.

Proclaiming it,

LOUDLY.

As I was watching Pig she says,

Is it Kinda like

THE MOVIE ELF when he says

OUT LOUD.

He is in LOVE ..

He IS IN LOVE.

AND

I DON’T  CARE WHO HEARS  IT.

Swinging around joyfully

Because his heart is full of LOVE because someone loves him back.

Yes, Pig,

I said.

That’s it.

To know JESUS LOVES YOU.

AND

YOU CAN LOVE HIM BACK.

YOU CAN

CAST ALL YOUR CARES TO

JESUS

AS YOU BELIEVED.

HE IS

THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD  ..

THAT RESCUED YOU FROM ALL YOUR

SINS.

JUST LIKE THE LORDS PRAYER

WE PRAYED..

HE IS

THE BEGINNING AND THE END.

HE IS THE ALPHA

AND THE OMEGA

HE IS

AND

WILL ALWAYS BE FOREVER.

HE IS GOD.

YOU CAN REST IN HIM

AND

TRUST WHAT HE SAYS

IN HIS WORD.

Pig interrupts,

I give Thanks EVERY-TIME when I eat my PANCAKES.

Maybe I should eat more

PANCAKES?

To keep me more THANKFUL and FLUFFY ..

Oh, FUNNY PIG.

without eating more pancakes..

Pig asked are you sure ?

Yep. I said.

I am sure.

as I continued looking at Pig and her funny expression..

Pig, I sad, Is this a new way of saying you are hungry and want MORE PANCAKES ?

Well,

Yes, as she answered quickly,

and as she kept speaking,

I will be so very THANKFUL

FOR MORE..

FUNNY PIG.

I said.

This I know I can do to cook up some

MORE PANCAKES

PRAISE

AND

PRAYER

THAT IS A BREAKFAST COMBO THAT

NEVER GROWS OLD .

Pig Smiled..

As only she can do.

With no mouth or teeth.

Think about that for a minute.

How does she do it?

Only GOD KNOWS.

Our Second story for this day.
