Since the beginning of Time we have worked.

Trying to do everything we can to survive.

Understand life and who gave us this world and our existence.

As well as the need to love and be loved and find our purpose and then after complete exhaustion to rest..

GOD who made it all

Creator of heaven and earth and how HE designed a pattern of Rest.

To revive you.

A planned day to REST.

To relax.

To give Thanks.

To do good things

not only for others to see their needs but to be kind to yourself.

To be around like minded people who give THANKS.

The beginning of gathering together encouraging one another.

Pig interrupted,

You mean like going to BIBLE churches?

Yes, Pig.

But it doesn't have to be buildings even though that's how it is done now.

Gathering together and reading THE BIBLE and trying to understand why you are here is not only

A rest day that people call

Saturday or Sunday. The Jewish Faith call it Sabbath.

Sunday is the day worship by most Christian churches and

They call it a Rest day to rest and hear

THE WORD OF GOD together with people to share with and sing with.

In GENESIS one HE made everything

In GENESIS two HE rested.

So we need to rest.

It’s in THE TEN COMMANDMENTS

That was also made into a movie

Fabulous to see if you never saw it.

We use to see it every year with my children

Both Christmas and Easter.

But the point is it must be important to rest.

If GOD made it a commandment.

In EXODUS 20

GOD gave us the TEN COMMANDMENTS

HE Blessed the 7th day of REST

for you and me.

GOD did all HIS work in 6 days and rested on the 7th day.

Pig asked?

And for me too?

Yes, Pig and you too.

Think about it.

GOD reflected on all HE had made and said,

It was good and HE Rested.

HE wants you to rest too.

really BIG Pig and her baby that is little dresses just like her and she has another Pig writer for her stories and the My Pig her friend from France called Pierre is a very old classic Pig very small with longer ears with very small stitched eyes and a very calm personality.

Pig always invites kissy puppet that wears her pink ballerina outfit on and her ballerina pink shoes as she always greets everyone with her

Muhwa  kisses on everyone's cheeks which is why we call her kissy puppet.

We have the stand up Llama that is pink and purple my daughter gave me as she and my son calls me Llama and then laughs

Who know their humor but they love me and love calling me Llama Momma. Only they know why.

Llama likes to be included and stands up and is a very good listener.

Then we have sock monkey with his button eyes and big lips a great smile that is red from the heel of the sock as it is made with the traditional sock and then his arms long enough for a hug and then there is Raggety Ann a classic rag doll with her many stories to read too as well by another author.

As you look at her red yarn hair button eyes and her Painted smile and her heart hidden and painted on under her old fashion dress to bring the love that stays with her and everywhere she goes

She brings love and comfort.

Whether you hold her or look at her.

We set the table with little dishes and with food is set and then with lots conversation and stories.

They are so fun to look at

As they play and eat and rest together.

Then,

Pig asked me, Does THE CREATOR of ALL things get tired?

No Pig, but as you read both GENESIS one and two.

HE rested by seeing all that HE MADE.

And HE was glad and happy with HIMSELF AND ALL THAT HE MADE.

Did HE do this ALL by HIMSELF?

I responded.

GOD is ONE

But has three parts to HIMSELF

HE IS GOD

As simply as we as humans can understand.

We have

The FATHER

and

The SON

and

The HOLY SPIRIT

ALL IN ONE

Who made it ALL.

In the beginning was GOD.

Nothing was made without HIM.

HE IS THE WORD OF GOD

HE SPOKE and THE WORLD CAME INTO

EXISTENCE.

Pig said, HE SPOKE.

Yes, I said.

HE IS

Powerful

All knowing

All seeing

HE is OMNIPOTENT

HE IS SPIRIT

HE is everywhere at the same time and IT IS HE WHO made time.

HE is the beginning and the ending

HE sits above time.

HE lives in a place called heaven.

Pig says, That is a lot for me to think about.

And then you say:

HE is THE WORD?

I said, Yes.

THE WORD is the BIBLE that speaks to you the inside part of you that is SPIRIT.

It is not just words it is alive with the presence of GOD whose name is JESUS

GODS ONLY SON.

It will make the fur on your whole body stand at attention.

When you sit and think about these WORDS.

I will write it out.

The scripture is in

THE BIBLE in the book of JOHN.

It explains why you need to know who GOD is

and

this is why you need a day of rest just to read and relax and know who

GOD IS.

and

Then, yourself .

This is so you can get refreshed inside for another week and life and it's demands on your body and mind and Spirit.

Think about this a moment.

The HOLY SPIRIT is the third part of the GOD head.

That is called the Trinity.

This is the very Spirit of GOD that lights up all of Heaven.

Raised JESUS from the dead with resurrection power.

Restrains the Devil from taking over the entire earth.

And Pig

HE lives in us the moment we say

YES to JESUS to forgive us of our SINS.

As we Accept

JESUS as Our Lord and Savior.

HE is our comforter so we are not alone.

HE gives us understanding of THE WORD of GOD.

HE gives us the Peace that passes all understanding.

HE IS THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD

HE is the distributor of the gifts

HE is what we need for prayer and Praying in the Spirit.

And Talking DIRECTLY to THE FATHER

IN JESUS NAME.

In the Catholic Faith the people there give the sign of the cross

They use their hand and fingers

Across their heart Combining the symbolism of the cross and THE REMEMBERANCE of JESUS and HIS SACRAFICE of Taking THE SINS OF THE WORLD UPON HIMSELF and giving us FORGIVENESS OF SIN and then give the honor of

The FATHER

SON

And

HOLY SPIRIT.

By the sign of CROSS.

Respectful and in love of a Thank you to GOD.

Then the Gifts that are given to you by GOD.

Which is another story to write about the gifts GOD gives as well as the talents that are given at both for everyone. To think about what HE gave you.

Just for you just like your DNA your finger prints and your voice.

Your family the time you are living in.

Your very essence that is YOU to be successful in your destiny. It's a lot to know Pig.

But knowing is restful.

Why would tha be restful?

To know that you are loved.

To know GOD has a plan for your life.

That you were made the way you are on purpose.

You are special.

How do you know?

Pig asked.

Because I know.

I feel HIS PRESENCE and HIS LOVE inside me and around me.

and Pig the most important part is:

THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.

Because When you say YES to JESUS in your heart.

You want to sing and give Thanks.

Because HE puts your name in THE BOOK OF LIFE.

Your name is actually written in there.

You belong to GOD as a citizen in heaven.

It’s amazing .

Because

When you pray Pig, you have understanding of what you are Praying for the first time.

Not just saying the words but understanding them.

So I begin and end as we do every morning with

THE LORDS PRAYER

together with your friends to pray with us today.

Pig says this with me

As she always lifts her head up to heaven.

Then we begin:

Our FATHER who art in heaven

Hallowed be THY NAME

Thy kingdom come

THY WILL be done

On earth as it is in heaven

Give us this day

Our daily bread

And

Forgive us our Sins

Our Trespasses

As we Forgive those

Who sin and trespass

Against us

Lead us NOT into temptation

But

DELIVER US

From evil

For THINE IS

THE KINGDOM

and

THE POWER

and

THE GLORY

FOREVER and EVER

AMEN

AND

AMEN

IN

THE NAME OF JESUS

We PRAY.

Now we continue with the day that

GOD who made us and gave us this day to enjoy.

To think about what to do for rest of the day

and to have fun and see what great things there are to eat.

I know Pig you think Pancakes are the greatest.

You are my funny smushy Pig and you are so fun to be with.

We will have a fun day and wish the same to all that read our stories.

This is our story today for the Rest you need and desire.

The real rest that you can know and have as

YOU

cast all your troubles and cares on THE LORD.

Call out to JESUS in Prayer.

Give it all to HIM.

Leave it there with HIM.

Don't take it back.

Have FAITH

And KNOW

That HE will turn it around for your good.

Crazy as that sounds.

JUST KNOW

HE cannot lie.

HE WANTS GOOD FOR YOU NOT BAD.
