The VOW of GOD and The Vow by St. Patrick Part one

Good Morning

Thank you Lord for this day,

Pig and me so grateful for a new week.

This Prayer I am sending to you is by Pig.

May The Lord Bless you.

Send HIS BLESSINGS TO YOU.

May The wind not be against you.

May the Sun shine on your face and your hair and your feet so you can see where you are going both day and night and give you Peace.

This is the way Pig said, her Prayer for you today.

She is sincere and GOD knows her heart.

I knew that wasn't quite right

And then I looked it up.

It says:

Numbers 6:24-26

22  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying,

On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,

24  The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

25  The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

26  The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

27  And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

Amen..

Pig and Me we read the whole Chapter 6 and it talks about The NAZARITE Vows and commitment to GOD and better not to VOW because GOD will hold you accountable.

That means Pig don't promise to GOD and then don't do it.

HE knows your heart so keep your Prayers simple.

Help, is my favorite in times of trouble.

Otherwise you can pour your heart out and HE is there to listen and guide you.

JESUS loves it when you PRAY.

We are going to talk about another Vow or Promise by JESUS.

The Promise sent by GOD to send HIS SON to save the world from Sin

As we ALL Know about,

The Real CHRISTMAS story not Santa and presents.

But the baby born in Bethlehem

And

Also Knowing about

The Real EASTER STORY not the bunny and eggs and EASTER Baskets and chocolate.

Pig interrupted and said,

I love chocolate ❤️

I do too and Please feel free, to have as much as you can or want.

But that is not EASTER.

I know Pig said.

As she bowed her head and said, with great Love in her voice.

It's what JESUS did for us on the Cross and how HE suffered and died

for us and then JESUS,

rose up from the dead on the third day to FORGIVE IS ALL FROM ALL SINS.

Yes Pig that is well said but Not only

FUTURE

HE ALSO PUTS OUR SINS as far as the east is from the West never to remember your Sins

Pig interupted and smiled and said

I want to THANK GOD AND HIS PLAN TO SEND JESUS FROM THE BEGINNING STORY

in GENESIS that you told me about.

Pig said. Me too, I replied.

YES, Pig,

To all that BELIEVE and accept JESUS as LORD and SAVIOR into their heart.

ALL WHO SAY:

to JESUS.

I SURRENDER ALL.

The HOLY SPIRIT COMES to live inside you.

In your heart so you are not lonely or searching any more for truth. because you have found it.

In your mind now to have the Peace and understanding of life.

Your Soul now rescued with your destination determined to Heaven not Hell.

Since there is only one way or the other Pig.

Thats scary Pig said. I know.

Thats why we have to choose wisely.

Like in the Movie Indiana Jones in The Last Crusade.

The reason Pig, he knew what to choose in the cup of Christ was because both His Dad played by Scean Connery and his Son, Played By Harrison Ford knew what to do.

They both studied History and THE BIBLE. We don't know if there was a cup specifically for Christ but if there was it would be as seen in the movie is what I beleive too.

Indiana Jones made the right decision and saved his Dad by THE WORD of GOD.

Pig said, that she wanted to watch that movie too.

I replied, Its not a kid movie Pig.

I wish it was, because of the searching for truth in the movie was and is a fun adventure.

I will find you another Movie to watch Like the TEN COMMANDMENTS where the water stands up like a wall and the people walked on dry ground.

Pig said, that sounds like a good one.

It is Pig, I said.

Pig seems happy now.

Pig,

When you Pray and say to JESUS be my LORD and SAVIOR forgive me of my Sins.

By your YES, to HIM.

HE takes away all your Sins.

He makes you brand new so you can live life down here Pleasing to GOD.

A lot of people describe that experience like being BORN AGAIN inside and the FEELING of being brand new.

BECAUSE YOU ARE.

As if you had never done anything wrong.

THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD GIVES YOU UNDERSTANDING

OF THE WORD IN

THE BIBLE.

and Pig, do you know what happens next?

No. She said

I told her then,

The FATHER of LIFE writes your name in HIS BOOK OF LIFE.

So, when it's time to go from here on earth.

Pig stopped me and said I am not ready to go yet.

GOD knows the when and how and where. No worries.

You get to be with HIM IN HEAVEN.

I wanted to tell you about another Vow that was said to GOD

Promising his life to Christ.

To live for HIM forever. I want to tell the story of this young teenager.

As he Prayed day and night to be rescued.

Who was that Pig asked?

We know him as St.Patrick.

His name originally was Maywhen Maewyn Succat and St.Patrick's is his name now.

I will do a quick summary today and have the big story tomorrow as Part two and three.

It's really a wonderful story about a young teenager that lived about 300 years after the death and resurrection of Christ.

He was a son of deacon of a Catholic Church.

Maewyn as being in a family in church had privileges and was pampered but was expected to be in church all the time.

He saw that what was being said and the way his family lived was sometimes contrary to what was being taught and a little rebellion rose up within him.

Sometimes Parents of any generation see children to do what we say not as we do.

And that one I was raised with as children are to be seen but not heard.

You didn't have much say about anything. Except for us when we were with our Mother and then we could say anything and she would listen.

Being a teenager for Maewyn was very strict and almost to tough to handle.

In church he would hear the sermons Preached over and over again and he thought he wasn't listening but he was..

GOD said HIS WORD DOES NOT RETURN VOID .

It's ALIVE Pig.

Pig said it is ?

Yes Pig, it is..

One day as Maewyn and his friend were out swimming, a Pirate ship came and ran quickly into the town and grabbed the people up including himself.

And his friend and within minutes it seemed these Druid Pirates came that took them all away.

They were put in the bottom of the ship to Ireland to be their slaves.

A cold weather place with islands and a different language .

They were Idol worshippers and mean without care for their captives as if they were the lowest of animals and not people. This was shocking to Maewyn and he didn't understand.

Maewyn was separated from his friend never to see him again.

They assigned Maewyn a new Name and a new occupation

His Name would be Patrick.

His profession now assigned by the Pirates to be a sheep herder.

He had no shoes and his clothing was sparse since he was swimming at the time of his capture.

Patrick had never been treated so roughly and was surprised at the constant killing because most of the captives didn't understand what to do? They didn't know the language.

He instantly remembered the WORDS OF GOD  he heard from all the SERMONS he thought he hadn't listen too.

Patrick was home sick and scared and longed to be home with his Parents.

The last thing you would think a teenager who just minutes before wanted his freedom and to be away from them.

Now longed to be back home.

With constant prayers and little food as the sheep kept him warm and became his friends. This sounds just like another story in the BIBLE .

The story of David and Goliath.

His GOLIATH was these horrible Druid Pirates.

But he knew GOD was with him.

GOD HAD A PLAN FOR HIS LIFE.

That was what Patrick was hoping for and that GOD would deliver him back to his home and family was Patricks constant Prayer. As Patrick Prayed day and night for years.

HE did not lose hope. He knew in his heart that GOD would make a way to rescue him.

GOD has a Plan for each of our lives.

Pig said, HE does.

Yes, Pig HE DOES..
