Good Morning

Pig and me are starting another day.

Making Pancakes with real butter and eating on my Mother's Desert rose flower plate.

Mother always ate a bite of pancake and bite of butter to each pancake dipped in real maple syrup. This was the way she liked it.

Funny Mother, just like you Pig.

Fun memories thinking about how many pancakes she made over the years that landed on that plate.

How fun Pig to enjoy the pancakes even more knowing we are eating them on her special plates. Pig smiled and I did too.

Over the weekend we have been watching some Amazing true stories on the television about a day that no one likes to think or talk about.

But it happens everyday.

Survival and love and the last kiss good bye.

The Amazing stories how

GOD was there and brought them all through to Peace and to comfort.

Pig asked,

How does GOD do that ?

First Pig to answer you,

I don't know exactly how GOD does anything ?

HE JUST DOES.

HE IS THE GREAT I AM.

You know Pig, I could never figure out why HE had that as a name?

I Talked to MOSES in The Burning bush that never stopped burning.

When GOD SPOKE to him.

HE said to Moses, take off you sandals

Where I AM

IT IS HOLY GROUND.

You are standing on HOLY GROUND. Moses took off his sandals and told Moses his great commssion to lead HIS people out of the bondage in Egypt.

Moses after a long conversation and requesting Aaron to go with him because he had a stammering problem when he spoke. Asked GOD what is your name?

GOD answered, I AM who I AM. Tell them I AM sent you.

Can you imagine actually talking to GOD, Pig?

Just like you and me talking?

You could see HIM as a burning bush with great power and you can hear HIM and be in HIS Presence.

Pig responded that is just to BIG for me.

That part where GOD says HIS NAME is Amazing.

A great movie to watch over and over again.

Pig and I have it as a DVD and we will see it again soon. Do you Piggy promise? Pig asked.

HE IS THERE listening like a loving Husband, a Father or a Friend that cares and loves you.

Pig said, That is so Amazing. I know. That is GOD who we serve.

So, knowing The love of GOD and HIS SON

this was our rule of the house to not ever leave the house without the covering of Prayer over each of us.

But what if you just want to Pray

How would your Prayer begin Pig?

I asked her.

Well, Pig responded.

You first need to stop looking at me its a more private moment with GOD.

Pig continued.

You are making me a little nervous.

Funny Pig Ok, I won't look at you.

I will just close my eyes and listen.

Ok.

Pig said that's better.

I peaked at the corner of my eye as she bowed her head and said.

Dear Lord,

I am starting my day and I want you to be with me.

Please camp out your angels all about me and my loved ones and Mr. Cat

Like you did for JOB in your Book.

Send the Big Angels around my loved ones and everywhere I go and where

they go and Please do not send the little Angels, only maybe for the little cats and dogs.

I don't think they need the Big ones.

Cover me like a blanket like the way we feel at Church when everyone is singing.

Send your Holy Spirit of GOD

All around me and everyone I love and all that know you.

Help me all the time.

Guide my feet and my mind too.

I PRAY for you to remind me what you did for me at Easter time. I never want to forget.

You Forgave me of my Sins by the suffering you did for me because you loved me so much and the whole world.

Never let me forget the blood you shed for me on the cross that's

purer than gold to cover me and my family and all that ask of you for protection and forgiveness.

I don't know how all that works but I know it does.

I Pray to you to help me to walk in your will and in your way so I don't get lost.

I don't get the way you think most of the time but it always turns out good because you are GOD.

I trust you.

Help me today and everyday.

That Prayer was amazing .

That's how we are to pray.

By Praying first before we do anything we are armed and ready for the day.

Alert and ready with love and forgiveness in our hearts.

Pig look at me seriously and came to snuggle a little closer to me and said,

I don't want to have a last day without you, Pig said.

You won't Pig. I responeded. No worries.

You are always with me.

I know in life things just happen. Know this that GOD is never surprised by anything.

HE always knows.

We all have a day to be born and a day to die. You are never alone HE is Always with you.

HE promised.

Pig, It's the in between part that is so important to us.

As each of us live our life daily with JESUS asking in prayer to be made pleasing in HIS SIGHT.

Do all the fun adventures and places to go and see and do.

To fill our destinys and be with HIM daily in Prayer.

We remember the kindness to our family that before you leave to work or school,

To say I love you.

To your Spouse

To your family

To each of your children before you leave.

It's to important DO NOT make an excuse.

If to early to say this to

make a new habit to make a call on the phone or even to a message center that can be re-played.

Over and over again will be a blessing to your children your friend or

Your Spouse.

A word of Praise and encouragement to start their day is good too.

This attitude of a kiss goodnight or a kiss in the morning to say goodbye.

This Is a treasured thing that you can do.

This will be a legacy of kindness that you can give. That moment remembered as the last day that will always come unaware.

You have this day given to you to experience all it has in store for you.

This is the day that

THE LORD HAS MADE.

A kiss good bye that will always be remembered.

Many movies and songs have been written about it.

But the stories I heard was the last kiss Good bye, the smile remembered.

The hope of coming home that evening to one another that did not come.

The day shared with our loved ones is to be treasured.

GOD gives us today and no guarentee of tomorrow. So, with that in mind. Here comes the encouragement from Pig and me.

Yes, Pig said Fresh brand new with hope and love for your new day Like fresh Pancakes on the griddle or like fresh air on the mountain tops.

Pig said, it feels like The Movie called,THE SOUND OF MUSIC

as Julie Andrew's sings on the mountain top.

The freedom to experience the beauty all around you standing there in the midst of the sky and the clouds and the fresh breeze and a distant view of mountains and the lakes that seem to go on forever.

Then she starts singing The hills are alive with the sound of music.

Like that kind of day is how I see it in my mind.

If that was my last day. Pig said.

I love that Pig and certainly a Movie to re -see.

However, not many these days have seen that movie.

I saw that movie when I was 10.

Utube it and see the movie clips .

Wow, Pig said. We must be really old.

Yes, maybe a little old but with age comes wisdom and love.

A prayer and a kiss of love by someone to give to or receive from.

This is also a beautiful day to GiveThanks To GOD and the Country we live in.

George Washingtons Birthday.

Are we suppose to sing the Birthday song too? Pig asked.

No, Pig just to be Thankful in the memory of who George Washington was and his contributions to being the First President of The United States of America.

This is Celebrated on the third Monday in February.

We give honor to Him.

He gave honor and service to us to help this Country as our First President.

Pig said, Isn't his picture on the dollar bill?

Yes,Pig. Because its a dollar, more People recognize his picture and his name.

It's a great way to remember who he is.

George Washington and his great sacrifice of service for our Nation and his life example as being a prayerful man that gave honor and Thanks to GOD.

TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO GOD AND COUNTRY AND ITS CITIZENS.

In GOD WE TRUST was placed on our money. He believed that with all of his heart and life.

As we both started singing

As she continued, Praying, eating Pancakes and loving GOD.
