Good morning
Next week is Mother’s Day.
To be asked, By my daughter, What brings you Joy?
And then she asked, What my favorite Sees candy is?
My answer would be the Rocky road candy like my life and everyone else’s.
And then divinity and Mayfair and Pecan turtles like my Mother liked.
I will never forget my Grandson saying,
”He could live inside the Sees Candy store FOREVER “.
After having one bite of candy for the first time at Sees Candy.
I will always remember how he lit up with joy.
I will always remember that.
What would be the things fun to me to bring JOY?
We all need to think about that.
To really consider what that would be.
For me ,
It would be fun to have a real tortoise again that we called MURTLE THE TURTLE
And put it in a sand box.
To have a minature Burro again and chickens and to make fun memories again.
To have you here to play with and to swing on the swings that I am building in the yard,
and that GOD willing I will have soon.
( to be sent in the mail from AMAZON from the GRAMPY)
I am making my requests to the Grampy today.
When we first dated that is where we would go to the swings on the beach at HUNTINTON BEACH CALIFORNIA and WE WOULD JUST SWING.
It was so fun.
A Memory to re live again together and to share with others too.
To have my tent set up and secured and have the shade needed.
As you know it is so hot here from the piercing sun.
But with shade it would be great and make it more fun for the summer.
To read books outside and to draw and Paint.
To try new flavors of coffee or teas early in the morning and watch the sunrise and set.
To ask my Granddaughter to come over too and draw and Color with pencils with us.
She is inspiring to watch as she draws with such talent.
To remember when she said"NEVER".
The story I tell and repeat as she expressed her feelings, that made me laugh.
To what we all thought she should do at such and early age.
Showing her mind set and determination of what she wanted to do.
As she said, NEVER.
WITH HER RED HAIR AND SMILE AS BIG AS THE SUN and then she walked away so confidently.
To have my Grandson come over too.
To discover new fun things he could do.
He is very talented.
He loves discovering things.
To show him fun things with sculpturing and put in my tiny kiln I have to dry and paint as well as for you too.
And then for him to draw on the wood with the fire pencils I got him for wood design.
To make crafts and build things as he wants to be an architect.
Fun to design things out of the box with imagination.
To go in the spa we have outside and to tell stories.
To pray and hear GOD messages on the T V or Phone and discuss it.
To do our nails and hair and Play beauty shop with all of us together.
So fun.
To soak our feet in fun fragrances of choice with oil and bath salts.
To be rejuivenated with the feeling of being energized.
To look at photograph pictures past of the family and holidays with friends and Familes.
To laugh and remember.
To spend a day in the library with me with all the books I have in there.
To make recipes and can things in jars and cook the recipes that are your favorite.
To dry the foods we get at the farmers markets and organize what would be good to dry and give as gifts.
For you to share with me what you learned on canning your jelly’s.
To create flower arrangements which is another talent you have as well as gardening and planting together.
To try new coffees and teas and make juices and discuss what GOD is doing not only in our lives but the world.
To Pray together and have Pancakes with Pig and take pictures so we never forget these times together.
To put on real L P records I have from different time eras and listen how
Music was then.
And then think about what is was like to live back then.
To discuss all that would be long discussions as well as counting our blessings for our modern conveniences we have now.
Even though I do like hanging my sheets on the clothes line it makes your bed smell so fresh.
I need to get one up here again.
Mother use to do that for us and we slept so well on fresh air dried sheets.
To go to our favorite restaurants and share GOD wherever we go.
I love sharing the Pig blog and how people laugh just to look at her picture on my phone.
As I do share PIG, GOD AND ME.COM
as often as possible to give JOY and encouragement wherever I go.
They normally take a picture from my phone and then laugh.
Another moment of JOY to SHARE.
To know that someday to have the player piano back we had growing up with Mother and my family.
The place all ready by my wall waiting in my living waiting.
My brother is getting it for me to relive the memories of our joy together with our Mother and family.
As soon as I find it. The plus is no electricity needed as you push on the pedals and the then the piano works through you.
What a gift to give me from him of a lifetime of kindness to remember.
I have saved every piano roll that Mother ever purchased.
Everytime we moved the boxes went with me to the someday thought I would say to myself I will have again.
I have mostly memorized every song.
A wonderful gift to share with you.
And the grandchildren and to all that visit me here.
I would like to sort out this home and give the things away we don’t need to bless others.
To bake and share food with my neighbors.
To discover places to see like the lakes and dinosaur parks here.
Zoos and Science Center and museums.
To go to the live stock yard where animals are sold.
To see the animals as well as rodeos and see and attend real Cowboy church.
Go to a real church that have the old fashion Picnics.
Like in the movies .
The MOVIE Polly Anna had in the picnic scene and the Bazaar that people made to sell things.
As I was listening all night to the Bible and to the book of Jeremiah, you must see
THE MOVIE JEREMIAH one of my favorite.
It really helps you when you are reading that book in the Bible.
He reminds us that life is short.
The people then are doing the same thing now.
Serving their idols and doing everything without GOD in mind.
Then go to church or temple for that hour and go back to what they were doing before without much change in their lives just like now.
Pig and I have rested but we listened to Isaiah from Chapter 41 to Jeremiah
Chapter 2 and what and experience to hear all the adventures.
With Chuck Smith an old Pastor reading to you like a Grandpa would and sharing GODS WORD.
Explaining what was happening behind the scenes.
Like in the days when you had only radio to listen to.
The stories came alive with your imagination.
This is even better because it’s hearing what happened in history and with GODS WORD.
I am posting this letter to you for the Pigs story.
For the readers to think of what there favorite things are too.
The JOYS OF LIFE
and
To remember THAT GOD IS THERE WITH YOU.
Just like my last story .
To say YES to JESUS into your heart.
To treasure your children and grandchildren and family and the animals that GOD has given you for comfort and love .
To walk in forgiveness and love.
For one another like:
THE LORDS PRAYER.
Pig and I will say that together now
With you to start your day.
OUR FATHER
WHO ART IN HEAVEN
HALLOWED BE THY NAME
THY KINGDOM COME
THY WILL BE DONE
ON EARTH
AS IT IS IN HEAVEN
GIVE US THIS DAY
OUR DAILY BREAD
AND
FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSES
AS WE FORGIVE THOSE
WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US

LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION

THE POWER

Just know
GOD HAS YOU ON HIS MIND TODAY.
JUST LIKE HE DOES EVERYDAY.
