Pig said, Good Morning GOD

Good Morning GOD,

As she started her day and thinking of the new week ahead.

Pig was waiting for me to finish cooking her Pancakes in the black cast iron skillet.

We use avacado oil and I melt the real butter across the Pancakes while cooking them.

Sometimes she likes the syrup heated but today just wanted it straight out of the bottle.

It is pure maple syrup that comes from the maple tree.

Pig and I watched on T.V. how they do it, it's amazing to see.

Just think, Pig said.

GOD made that maple syrup for you and me and all those that love Maple syrup.

Thats a lot of people Pig, I said.

I guess so, as Pig continued. Waiting for her Pancakes to be ready for her.

I want BIG pancakes and little Pancakes today.

I think it would be more fun.

As Pig continued speaking,

I am just glad GOD thought it up.

PANCAKES,

BUTTER

and

MILK.

I can't imagine a PANCAKE WITHOUT MILK TO DRINK.

A PRAYER Said.

Did you know Pig that a lot of People don't know how to Pray? or Praise?

John 16:23 instructs after JESUS is GONE UP TO HEAVEN WHERE HE RESIDES NOW.

PRAY TO THE FATHER IN MY NAME AND HE WILL GIVE TO YOU.

BUT HE DID GIVE THIS PRAYER TO TEACH US TO PRAY.

THIS PRAYER PIG BRINGS CALMNESS AND PEACE.

Lets say it together and we began to Pray now as Pig nodded her head, Yes.

Pig said, as I passed the plate of Pancakes in front of her all ready for her to eat.

With her little glass of ice cold milk.

She had the BIGGEST SMILE as only Pig can do with no lips or mouth.

OUR RECIPE FOR TODAY

What you can do with milk that has gone bad?

It works just like buttermilk DOES for Pancake mixes and recipes for dressings for salads.

Like roquefort dressing and ranch that uses buttermilk.

or home made Pancakes with baking powder and flour and salt and milk and a tablespoon of oil and add an egg.

I also add an egg to have some protein to our little cakes when it's bought Pancake mixes.

BUT Look for non bioengineered products before purchasing.

You need to look ALL that up.

No good to buy those products that the food manufacturers are doing to ADD more chemicals and changing the structures of our foods.

Soon Robert Kennedy Jr. will have these Big FOOD Companies comply to health and pure food instead of things in our foods to harm our health.

Look it up.

Simple things we can all do NOW to improve our health by simply READING LABELS.

Pig and I like greek yogurts with real vanilla bean.

We put that on our Pancakes too.

and sometimes bananas and all kinds of different tropical fruits.

When we add extra eggs to our Pancake batter.

We have fresh squeezed lemon juice over our Pancakes after they are done with a little powdered sugar as a mocked recipe for the dutch baby Pancakes.

So good.

We also use cream cheese inside our Pancakes too.

When you add extra milk either regular milk soured milk or buttermilk to the batter it will cook them thinner like crepes and roll them and dip with our favorite syrups or preserves.

Fun to serve.

Stack them up.

Sprinkle a lttle powderd sugar and it is pretty too.

My Mother always served fruit if we were eating bread or french toast or Pancakes to balance out our plate and our diet.

Finished our meal with a glass of milk.

NOW

If Dad was cooking his breakfast would have a breakfast meat that I will not say because of Pig.

And then some crisp hash browns cooked in the oil of the meat and the soft yolky eggs too.

ALWAYS COOKED IN THE BLACK CAST IRON SKILLET.

With a stack of Pancakes on the side with real butter and log cabin syrup that was real maple syrup in a metal tin shaped like a cabin.

He would have black coffee in his special cup.

That is what he called a real breakfast.

Sometimes Milk too.

Mother just smiled and glad he enjoyed his breakfast the way he liked it.

He liked to cook that kind of breakfast himself except the Pancakes.

Mother always did those with such excellence with the little edges so crispy light and fluffy.

I can see them now in my mind Pig.

The Perfect memory of times Past.

I can remember this as if it was yesterday.

My grandmother would tell us stories like that and more of her childhood and say the same thing.

SHE WOULD SAY: IT WAS JUST like it was Yesterday in her mind.

I always thought that was funny because she was so old ?

How can that be?

But I know now, that it is all true.
