Good morning

The Love of GOD

To know what HE has for you today for you to read

Isaiah 55:8

The Thoughts of GOD higher than we can imagine.

Pig is already at the table excited for the day.

As buckwheat pancakes and

Fried apples are being cooked up in the cast iron skillet for her and for me.

Cinnamon continues to fill the air and Pig is smiling from ear to ear.

Pig asked,

As she is waiting for her

Plate to fill up with hot pancakes and butter and syrup.

Do you ever wonder?

As I waited for Pig to finish her sentence

As she looked out the window.

What GOD is thinking?

I answered.

Sometimes I do.

That’s an interesting question Pig.

Why do you ask?

Well, Pig said,

We are always asking GOD for stuff

And I know that’s ok to do.

And

GOD knows that we would be lost without HIM.

But I always wondered what

GOD THINKS ?

And what about?

I responded.

Well, First Pig you have to read in

HIS WORD

to really know that answer.

HE talks all the time in there.

HE does ?

Pig said. Looking curious at my answer.

Yes, Pig.

I answered.

That’s How to know GOD.

Oh, Pig said.

As I continued.

This also to know That GOD is GOD.

and who can know the mind of GOD?

Pig answered back.

Thought so.

I knew it was going to be an answer like that.

No, Pig not so fast.

As I continued speaking.

GOD said, that

HIS thoughts of you is more than the grains of the sand by the sea.

Psalm 139-17:18

HIS love for you is immeasurable.

That is why HE sent

HIS only SON JESUS to rescue you from Sin and wrong doings.

John 3:16

When you,

As you ask JESUS into your heart.

HIS SON.

Pig interrupts.

I did that.

She said.

I know you did Pig.

As you could see she was happy as her happy face lit up and the love for GOD was there.

As I continued

Then,

You begin to understand Pig.

How much YOU are LOVED

And when would you ever doubt it ?

Pig looked surprised.

Remember the Cross?

And how

HE suffered for you?

And how HE Rose again from the dead

and lives forever.

So that you too,

Could have eternal life with HIM

In heaven.

I know that part but then,

Pig asked,

Do you think

With ALL the people HE rescued.

You know there is a lot of them

As Pig continued.

Do You think HE could forget your name ?

No Pig,

AS I smiled at her.

HE is GOD.

HE would not forget HIS child.

HIS WORD says HE writes

Your name in HIS BOOK

And if your name is not in there

YOU do not enter into heaven.

But into judgement..

WOW.

That’s scary

Pig said.

That Pig I said,

I have to agree.

It would be scary.

HIS love for you is so GREAT and BIG.

HE doesn’t want judgement

For YOU.

But only LOVE for all HIS CHILDREN.

Those that have excepted

the gift of HIS SON and HIS great sacrifice

showing HIS LOVE

and forgiveness for each person born.

Pig looked confused.

but PIG

HE does need to

discipline and guide us in this life HE gave us

to the truth with discipline

And when you do know THE TRUTH.

THE TRUTH does set us FREE.

if we will listen and not make excuses not to walk in truth.

GOD HELP US.

So we can stay on the right path

Just like earthly Parents given us.

Who love us and want us to do and be good..

Oh, Pig said.

I wondered about that.

HE doesn’t forget.

The Palms of HIS hand.

Well,this part I know.

in Jeremiah 29:11

HE says:

For I know the plans

I have for you

Declares

THE LORD

Plans to prosper you

And

Not to harm you.

Plans to give you a hope

And a future.

So Pig, as I continued.

GODS thoughts for you are good not evil.

And like a really great Dad or

Or Parent only good is thought of about you.

With great love.

And

The success and a hope for you.

To find your destiny.

And to receive good and to do good and see and do wonderful things here.

Wow, Pig said.

Which is her favorite

word for just about everything that is AMAZING

to her.

AS I placed her BIG SKILLET SIZE PANCAKES

on her plate with

Fried apples and cinnamon

In front of her.

She smile and said,

“You know,

I am so loved.”

“From my head to all my toes and to my fluffy belly too.”

“I feel so happy to know,”

”GOD loves me and you love me too.”

I quickly responded.

Yes, You are Pig.

Then, Pig said,

I am happy to know

What GOD thinks about

Because,

I think about HIM

Too.

Oh, funny Pig.

I said.

You are such a precious Pig.

And do you know ?

that GOD Says you are Precious

in HIS sight too.

She smiled happily.

As she bowed her head to pray:

Dear Lord

Thank you

GOD

For your thoughts of me

And

Each of us

And

ALL the things you know

YOU Always

Know

What we need.

And when we need it.

And

we want to

Thank You for your great love to us

And

Your daily forgiveness

of our Sins.

Help us to be good 

and

forgive others that are mean to us.

And

HELP US to be pleasing in your sight.

Help us to have peace in our hearts.

When it’s seems so scary outside.

Or

stuff I hear or see on the news

Protect us Lord.

And

HELP US to understand and know you better.

And HELP US to always know

you are there WITH US.

and

that you always love us no matter what.

I am Sorry JESUS that we forget YOU sometimes.

But I know now you never forget US.

And

We are so very grateful for that.

It’s another day that GOD has given YOU

to experience the LOVE and The Joy

HE has for YOU Today..

As I took a big breath with great enthusiasm

I said,

“ENJOY EACH MOMENT of this day.”

Pig said, I sure will.

That’s for sure.

With this BIG Pancake on my plate

provided for me and you.

My baby glass of ice cold milk like I like it.

and my warm maple syrup and butter.

I love it.

Pancakes Prayer and Praise.

Amen Pig.

I said, back to her.

Amen.

We both looked at each other and smiled.

And started eating our Pancakes together.

PS : Your cooking tip for today.

To add a couple of teaspoons or so to your Pancake mix batter of buckwheat flour and corn meal to the regular pancake mix you buy.

Add an extra egg.

Notice the difference .

Also buttermilk instead of milk.

Notice the difference.

Fluffy and more texture.

And if you are making waffles add extra oil in your batter and on waffle iron .
