GOD, Tells Pig PRAYER is GOOD anytime.

Good morning.

Pig and I are still snuggly in bed

And

writing together our today story.

With our phone off.

So Happy to be warm and dry.

Not so much of a rain storm yesterday.

But enough to water the trees and plants.

I went to post office yesterday

And Panera for the sale they have there every Tuesday for bagels.

I Went to the grocery store called Super one.

and then met them all in the driveway and gave the bagels to the grandbabies.

They just love Bagels the whole family does.

Pig and I came home and said,

Look at the birds they were already on our front porch resting.

Yes, Pig so fun to know they can rest here.

We are ready for our special place too.

Our room.

The Library.

This is my bunker I call it.

My study room.

My prayer room.

We do have another special room

With

No windows as inside, it is the center of my house

With 2 doors of escape.

For tornados or?

A even a more quiet place to read or study.

It was a sewing room by an Auntie that lived here that was before we purchased it.

Now, there has been a transformation of some fun

In it.

It has a sewing kit.

Decorative boxes stacked with old memories and letters from my Mother who shared what was happening in her life when I was little.

Mother who sewed also with her sewing machine

I have in the back of the room.

With colorful threads and nic nacks

3 mannequin's dressed in

Shiny prom dresses

and the other smaller one that sits on the Chinese chest

With scarfs and old Jewelry from my Mother.

Then a tall room panel decorative hand painted

By a local Artist I bought at my friends yard sale which created a

Folding dressing area with mirrors and an open closet.   

It now has pictures of my Mother and books an old clock and a old fashion radio with tubes that works. A small

Table that was made and chairs to snack or write.

Pig likes the snacking part.

This is great to know you have a safe place to go ..

It's a small room or considered a large closet

Made to look fun.

However no food or water in there yet ..

It's coming. Pig said.

When you live in the

BIG TEXAS area you normally know what kind of a shelter or a place you need to go when the weather gets bad.

Then you are safe.

The people here dress western style , it is like seeing real Cowboys that

Go to rodeos and here in Texas they even have a rodeo Church.

Not everyone dresses like that but you know you're in TEXAS.

Everyone knows how to protect themselves.

Both in Prayer and to make sure they wear or have guns to back it up.

If necessary when there seems no choice to protect someone.

On the hip for men or Woman fancy purses with their small guns in there.

They go pretty much everywhere with their protection.

They shoot snakes too.

Like in the Wild West real Cowboys and Girls.

Now in the storms here in Texas,

They are use to the STORMS

or

It is just the expected LIFE HERE.

And they do know about the heavenly STORMS?

BUT DO THEY KNOW?

DO WE?

Lots of Churches here.

Most of the people here is what is called

THE BIBLE BELT.

They do know to go to the ROCK

when troubles come.

They do know THE NAME OF JESUS.

Some prepare for bad times and some don't .

BIG enough for the family and neighbors.

EXTRA FOOD FOR FARM ANIMALS

and Dogs and Cats.

Then, Doing THE PRAYED UP PART.

EVERY DAY PRAYER FIRST.

THEN

TAKE TIME OUT FOR HIM WHO MADE YOU.

ARE YOU READY FOR

THE

STORMS OF DAY.

some of the  storms are surprising.

Whether the days problems or the physical storms.

But NO WORRIES.

GOD IS WITH YOU.

You go through your day as normal casting your cares on HIM

That concerns me.
